Generally bike delivery will take longer than most small size articles as they are bulky and require more manual handling so on average to most major cities within NZ is approx a 3 - 7 day delivery time.
Are your bikes waterproof?
Our bikes are water resistant and are extremely weather resitant to rain etc. however as best practice we always advise to avoid water as much possible as even though they are extremely capable, water can create a lot more maintenance than necessary sooner rather than later!
Do you offer any payment plans?
We have partnered up with LAYBUY to allow you to split the cost of your ZURK over multiple months. Interest free.
Can I collect my ZURK in person?
Absolutely, please select the pickup option at checkout. You can even choose to have the bike assembled, ready to go on pickup.
